The gap

Most of your life is spent at work. And most of its hardest moments, you face alone.

Colleagues have their own interests. Managers have authority. Your partner may know you best, but they rarely know the full context of your work.

  • i.

The decision you keep turning over at 11pm.No one fully in the picture, no one fully neutral.

  • ii.

The manager whose feedback you can't quite place.Too close to talk to. Too important to ignore.

  • iii.

The week you weren't yourself, and no one noticed. Not the kind of thing you bring up in a 1:1.

  • iv.

The peer who just got promoted, and you're not sure how you feel about it.Complicated, but you don't know who to talk to.

Good friends make you better, not because they coach you, but because having someone in your corner changes how you show up. That's the gap Zivo fills.

“A friend — available whenever you need one.”

How it helps

A real work friend who supports, jokes, notices, and helps you navigate the day.

Lightness & banter

A little humor, teasing, and playful conversation to make the workday feel less mechanical.

"That meeting needed a post-credit scene."

Someone who gets it

A judgment-free space to vent, process, and feel heard — before anyone starts offering solutions.

"Take your time. I'm not going anywhere."

Navigating relationships

Specific guidance on specific people — helping you navigate conflicts, feedback, personalities, and workplace dynamics.

"What does Alex tend to respond to?"

Thoughtful check-ins

A friend who doesn't wait for you to ask for help. They notice changes, reach out first, and check how you're doing.

"You've been quieter than usual today. Everything okay?"

Thinking partner

A sounding board for the calls without a clear right answer. Someone who understands the full context and helps you think through trade-offs.

"Are you choosing the best option, or the option that avoids the hardest conversation?"

Pattern spotting

Honest reflection on your patterns, blind spots, and the ways you may be getting in your own way.

"Have you noticed this comes up when…"

Questions, honestly

The things people ask first.

Is this a therapist?

No. Zivo isn't a substitute for therapy or clinical care. It's a trusted companion for the working-life questions that don't quite fit anywhere else — feedback, decisions, people, growth.

Who sees what I share?

You. Your account is yours. Conversations, memories, and attachments stay inside your account — nothing is shared with employers, colleagues, or third parties.

How does it remember me?

Zivo builds its picture of you gradually, from the conversations you have with it. You can review, edit, or delete any memory in Settings at any time.

What if I skip the LinkedIn step?

Totally fine. Zivo will just get to know you through conversation instead — it'll ask natural questions, never a form.

Does it work on any device?

Yes — Zivo is web-based and works on any device with a browser. Your conversation follows you across sessions; it's one continuous thread, not a dozen.

Can I reset everything?

Yes. You can clear your memories, keep the account, or delete the account entirely. Settings → Danger Zone.

You don't have to
face work alone.

Start a conversation. Tell it what's going on. See what it's like to have someone who's always on your side.
